Exchange & Return Policy:

Before you exchange a Param Fashion & LifeStyle® product, all our products are unique and slightly differ from each other.  We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace the product free of cost if the product has manufacturing defects.  Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

We value our customers not only at the time of purchase but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds.

  • You can e-mail us at within 03 days from the date of delivery.

  • Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a sale-able condition.

  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the tags.

  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  • Please courier the item to be returned at the below address and share the courier slip at the below mentioned email address.

  • After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns would be processed.

  • In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods except where Param Fashion & LifeStyle® has erroneously sent you a wrong item / defective piece.

  • Exchange of products which are discounted 30% or higher is possible, but the courier expense for shipping the product to the customer location will be borne by the customer.

  • Returns or exchanges must be returned via Standard, Ground or Regular shipping method. Please remember to include the receipt for the delivery costs of the refund (applicable only where Param Fashion & LifeStyle® has erroneously sent you a wrong item / defective piece).  We will not reimburse the delivery costs incurred when returning the merchandise via Express, Overnight or 2 Day Shipping, Air borne.


No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and colour variations.

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

  • Products having more than 30% discount.

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment.
